All families are welcome at the Children’s Clinic!

We serve families covered by private insurance:
The Children’s Clinic participates with many private insurances including Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Upstate Administrative Services, Statewide Independent PPO, St. Lawrence-Lewis Counties School District Employees Medical Health Plan, POMCO, MVP, GHI, United Health Care, and Guardian (of Massachusetts).

We serve families covered by military insurances:
We accept Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan and we are an authorized TriCare provider.

We serve families covered by Medicaid and Child Health Plus:
The Children’s Clinic is always accepting new Medicaid and Child Health Plus patients.

We serve families without insurance: We can reduce the cost of a visit (based on your income) and/or help you set up a payment plan that you can afford.If your family has no insurance we are happy to help you find out if you qualify for Child Health Plus or Medicaid. And, we have people who can answer your questions or help you enroll in those programs on-site!
