We work every day to ensure that North Country families have access to quality health care, regardless of their income. To continue that work we need your support.

Why must we raise funds?

Some of the medical and dental care we provide is covered by insurance, some costs are covered directly by patient payments, and some costs are covered by special grants from private and public sources. But, each year about $500,000 worth of the care we provide is not covered by any funding source. We give that care to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. Underinsured individuals include, for example, those who have insurance plans that don’t pay for their care because of high deductibles or limited service coverage. It is our mission to provide these vulnerable children and families with the care they need., regardless of their ability to pay.

Your contribution can take many forms:

- Annual Contribution

You can make a contribution to the Children’s Clinic by clicking on "Donate" to make a donation on-line. You can print the Donation Form and send it with your check to 238 Arsenal Street Watertown, NY 13601

You can call our Administrative offices (315) 782-9450 and we can process a donation via credit card over the phone.

- Pledge

You can make a pledge to the Children’s Clinic and choose the method of payment that is easiest for you - monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually or over the course of several years.

- Commemorative Gift

Make a gift in honor or in memory of someone dear to you, or in recognition of a new birth, wedding, anniversary, graduation, retirement or holiday. The Children’s Clinic will acknowledge your gift with a card sent to the person in whose name the gift is made to either honor or remember.

- Asset Giving

Gifts of stock, mutual funds or appreciated securities

Does your employer have a Matching Gift Program?

When you make a gift to the Children’s Clinic, ask your employer if they have a gift matching program. You may be able to double your contribution if it does. Your company’s human resources department should have the necessary paperwork available.
