We serve individuals covered by private insurance:
We participates with many private insurance plans including Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Upstate Administrative Services, Statewide Independent PPO, St. Lawrence-Lewis Counties School District Employees Medical Health Plan, POMCO, MVP, GHI, United Health Care, and Guardian (of Massachusetts).

We serve individuals covered by military insurances:
We accept Martin’s Point US Family Health Plan and we are an authorized TriCare provider.

We serve individuals covered by Medicaid and Medicare:
Our Health Center always accepts new Medicaid and Medicare patients.

We serveindividuals without insurance: We can reduce the cost of a visit based on your income and/or help you set up a payment plan that you can afford and/or help you  find insurance to pay for the care you need.
