	The Children’s Clinic relies on the community to help the agency uphold its mission to ensure that every child, regardless of their family’s income, has access to quality health care. Why must we raise funds? The Children’s Clinic reaches out to children who are underserved (uninsured or covered by public insurance); Some program grants will not cover “indirect” costs; Medicaid and some insurances will not cover mental health counseling provided by a Certified Social Worker; and Critical needs like space, major equipment, technology, and marketing have no funding stream.

Annual Contribution

You can make a contribution to the Children’s Clinic by clicking on "Donate Now" to make a donation on-line or by printing the Donation Form and sending a check.

Pledge

You can make a pledge to the Children’s Clinic and choose the method of payment that is easiest for you - monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually or over the course of several years.

Commerative Gift

Make a gift in honor or in memory of someone dear to you, or in recognition of a new birth, wedding, anniversary, graduation, retirement or holiday. The Children’s Clinic will acknowledge your gift with a card sent to the person in whose name the gift is made to either honor, or remember.

Asset Giving:
Gifts of stock, mutual funds or appreciated securities

You can contribute appreciated stock and other appreciated securities directly to the Children’s Clinic and possibly gain a great tax advantage. For our account and routing numbers, please call the Director of Development at (315) 782-9450.

Does your employer have a Matching Gift Program?

When you make a gift to the Children’s Clinic, ask your employer if they have a gift matching program. You may be able to double your contribution if it does. Your company’s human resources department should have the necessary paperwork available.
