The Richard E. Charles Memorial Fund was established by the Children’s Clinic Board of Directors in honor of the agency’s co-founder and first executive director, Dick Charles. Dick devoted his life to giving children and families the opportunity to live with dignity. The fund helps offset the cost of providing basic health care to children in need.
